As the only designer on Conductiv’s marketing team, I created countless deliverables to support their company goals and various initiatives. While I primarily focused on digital and print designs, I also created audio and video assets.

Lumen Monthly
Lumen is Conductiv’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative.
To support Lumen, I co-created a monthly newsletter and podcast, Lumen Monthly, that explored pertinent topics in-depth, showcased diverse-owned suppliers, and provided access to relevant articles.
I would kick off the project each month by meeting with the Sr. Director of Product Design and User Experience to determine a topic and supporting assets. The primary content we showcased in the newsletter was the Lumen Monthly Podcast. For each show, I recorded Conductiv and Premier’s diversity leader’s topic discussion, created supporting graphics, and edited the episode before publishing it.
Once all the content was created, I designed a Hubspot newsletter sent to hundreds of recipients.
I learned a lot from being a part of this meaningful initiative and was proud to be involved in highlighting the importance of diversity.

Significant Figures
Significant Figures: A Practical Guide to Unprecedented Cost Savings in Purchased Services, is book written by Conductiv and Premier leadership that helps businesses optimize their third-party services through cost reduction and supplier relationship strategies.
For this initiative, I worked with the CEO and Senior Director of Marketing to create designs for the book cover and interior pages to accurately represent the company, its brand, and the book content intuitively. While the interior page designs were more straightforward, defining the cover art was critical. After understanding the CEO’s vision, I researched other book designs to understand the latest trends and gather more information on best practices.
From there, I created four mood boards and rough cover sketches in Figma for them to review, providing a better understanding of what a final product would look like. Once they chose the concept, I continuously iterated on the designs, collaborating with them until the final design was complete.
To market and sell the book, I built a website in Hubspot to highlight the book’s topics, provide access to downloadable resources, and give users a direct link to purchase.
